Confirm the exact sourcing requirement
Send the full manufacturer part number, quantity, packaging, delivery country and required date. Current stock, ownership of stock, saleable quantity, date code, original condition, source records and dispatch lead time are awaiting confirmation for each lot and written quotation.
Service and inspection scope
Warehouse ownership, ESD facilities, equipment ownership, technician qualifications, certifications and manufacturer-authorized distributor status are awaiting confirmation. Tape and reel, programming, inspection, external laboratory testing and contract manufacturing arrangements require a confirmed scope, provider, quotation and buyer acceptance. We do not imply these activities are all performed in an owned laboratory or warehouse.
Order terms and communication
Warranty availability, duration, coverage, exclusions and remedies are awaiting confirmation in the written quotation and agreed order terms. Support hours and response time are awaiting confirmation; no 24/7 or fixed response-time promise is made.
