Send a Component, BOM, PCB or PCBA RFQ

Enter exact manufacturer part numbers, quantities, required dates and delivery country. Attach a BOM or board package when available. Availability, lead time and any quality or certification claims are awaiting confirmation in a written quotation.

File limit: 20 MB per file. BOM: XLS, XLSX, CSV, PDF, ZIP, RAR or TXT. PCB/Gerber: ZIP, RAR, 7Z, PDF, GER, GBR, GBX, DRL or DXF. Files are optional; you can enter the requirement without uploading.

Your contact details and uploaded files are used to handle this quotation request. Read the privacy policy. Please send only information needed for the quotation.

What Happens After You Send an RFQ?

Informic reviews the submitted requirement against the exact manufacturer, MPN, package, quantity, required date, delivery country and stated quality or traceability needs. Missing data, constrained lines and buyer-review alternates are separated before the next step.

For PCB or PCBA projects, the review also checks whether the board, placement, assembly and test files are complete enough for a useful quote. Optional inspection or external test work is scoped only when requested and accepted for the project.

RFQ Upload FAQ
