If we need to check component availability or verify a substitution, it may take a few days longer. For a concept-stage request without files, we will send a feasibility note and a list of questions within two business days. We do not rush quotes because a rushed quote is usually wrong. We would rather take two extra days and give you a number that will hold.
Can you quote a partial BOM or a prototype run?
Yes. We regularly quote prototype runs of 10 to 50 boards for intercom system development. The pricing is higher per unit because the setup and test fixture costs are amortized over fewer boards, but the quote will show that clearly. We also quote partial BOMs if you are supplying the hard-to-find components yourself and only need us to assemble and test the boards.
